Our Heavy Truck
Service Center, with its 18 bays can do all
types of repairs on all makes and models of
heavy vehicles. Our certified technicians can
perform the following services on all types of
over the road and industrial engines, transmissions
and differentials:
- Disassemble engines
- Chemical vat for reconditioning to factory specs
- Dynamometry
Our in-house machine shop is capable of the
following services:
- Align boring
- Cylinder boring
- Crankshaft grinding
- Connecting rod repair
- Cylinder block surfacing
- Counter bore repair
We are authorized by Ford to perform warranty
repairs on all makes and models of commercial
vehicles. Our state-of-the-art downdraft paint
booth, equipped with a bake cycle, provides a
factory type paint job in the least amount of
time.
Piedmont Truck Center's Parts Department stocks
Ford, Sterling and Western Star parts. In
addition, our Parts Department also stocks a
large inventory of Detroit Diesel, CAT and Cummins
engine parts. We also stock brake parts,
transmission parts and much more in our
inventory.
